51 teams were participating in the knockout phase, which began in October 2019. It delivered its final verdict on 30 March 2021. The qualified teams and their fans will now perfect their preparation. Here are the qualified teams : Algeria, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Comoros, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, Ethiopia, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea Bissau, Guinea Conakry, Ivory Coast, Malawi, Mali, Mauritania, Morocco, Nigeria, Senegal, Sudan, Tunisia, Zimbabwe.
